About Tara Moen

Upon moving to Arizona in 2004, Tara became an appraiser in the fast-paced Phoenix market for three years where she completed over 1,000 appraisals of Arizona homes.  For the next five years, she specialized in the sale of bank-owned homes in the greater Phoenix area.

In 2013, Tara and her family moved to Tucson where her husband is assigned as a Combat Systems Officer at Davis Monthan Air Force Base.  After being recruited into commercial real estate, Tara specialized in selling and leasing commercial real estate including multi-family, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, and office buildings.

In 2016, Tara transitioned into the residential market and has loved helping residential home buyers and sellers ever since.  Tara has extensive knowledge helping VA and first-time buyers and holds a Military Relocation Professional certification.

When she’s not selling real estate, Tara is busy volunteering in her community, hiking and spending time with her husband, kids, and dog.
