After 11 successful years in automobile sales and residential real estate investing, I relocated my family to Tucson in 2005 and was prepared for a new career and challenge. Residential real estate was a natural choice, coupling my background, knowledge, and experience.

We won’t tell you what you want to hear just to get your listing. If this means I lose a few to my competitors that’s fine. In the long run, my integrity and honesty will shine through. Therefore we won’t list your home just to add another listing to our inventory. If I don’t think it can be sold for what you want then I’ll tell you. If my real estate sign goes in your yard I intend to sell your house. The same principles hold true if you’re considering buying, building, or investing too.

Eighty percent of our business is repeat and referral which means our clients frequently share the good news about us. And the strong word of mouth advertising helps us sell at least one house every 12 days. Our productivity ranks among the top fifteen percent in a city with over 7500 realtors.
